1. Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns for a full refund or exchange. Please review the following guidelines:

  • Items must be returned within 2 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we offer paid exchanges within 2 days of the delivery date:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, you will be offered a choice of a different item or a refund.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note the following:

  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and processed within 1 – 2 business days.
  • You will receive a notification once your refund has been processed.
  • It may take an additional 3 – 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN.

5. Shipping Costs

  • For domestic returns and exchanges, we offer a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or our error.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, please:
