Physical Products (if applicable)
Returns:
- You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-returnable items:
- Perishable goods, custom products, or items on final sale are not eligible for return.
Digital Products / Services (if applicable)
Due to the nature of digital products and services, we do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded, unless:
- The product was not delivered.
- There was a technical issue on our end that prevented access.
- You were charged more than once by mistake.
Please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase if you face any issues.
❗ Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if not yet processed.
- Once a digital product is delivered or a service has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
